Schedules of stabilization power shutdowns are now in the DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot

For every customer to be able to promptly find out about stabilization shutdowns in case of its application, DTEK Dnipro Grids will now post schedules in its Viber and Telegram chatbot. If required, you can download your schedule in a matter of seconds.
When a significant electricity shortage is registered in the energy system, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers have to apply schedules of stabilization shutdowns in Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region in order to reduce it. They act in accordance with energy consumption limits, provided by NPC Ukrenergo. For your convenience, it can now be downloaded in our Viber or Telegram chatbot too.
Doing it is very easy:
- Enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger;
- Pass quick verification procedure if you have not yet been registered in the chatbot;
- Press “Stabilization shutdowns schedule” button
Please note that formation of groups may change in accordance with the situation in the energy system. We recommend checking the schedule for updates from time to time.
