Schedules of power shutdowns: where to find and how to use

To see the schedule on the website, please go to the “No electricity?” section and enter your address. If the shutdowns are applied, you will see two types of schedules: 

• daily — contains the most accurate information about hours, when electricity will be available and when the shutdowns are possible; 

• weekly forecast — shows approximate periods of power shutdowns, so that you could plan your activities in advance. 

You can also view the schedules on you smartphone in the Viber or Telegram chatbot. To do that: 

• find DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids bot, press “Start”; 

• undergo registration by telephone number and personal user account number — it is only required once; 

• select “Schedule of Power Shutdowns” in the menu. 

During stabilization power shutdowns, the chatbot will notify you in advance about power shutdown and restoration at your address.  

The symbols on the schedule are easy to read: 

• white box — electricity available; 

• grey one with the lightning — no electricity; 

• semi-grey — no electricity for 30 minutes.
