DTEK Odesa Grids customers to report meter readings quickly and conveniently via a Viber and Telegram chatbots

DTEK Odesa Grids offers a convenient service to their customers - submitting meter readings via a Viber or Telegram chatbot. This online assistant is available 24/7 to help our customer, so that there is no need for them to visit the company’s office personally.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements modern and convenient service standards. Viber and Telegram chatbots have been available since March 2021. Today, more than 120,000 customers use them, and the number is growing every month. Because it is easy, convenient, and fast,” says Oleksandr Fomenko, General Director at DTEK Odesa Grids.

To start using the chatbot, you should do the following steps:

  • Search for ‘DTEK Odesa Grids’ in Viber or Telegram, or scan the QR code below
  • Following the menu prompts, receive or submit meter readings, find out the necessary information or leave a request;

You can also send meter readings in another way convenient for you:

  • Through your customer account on the DTEK Odesa Grids website
  • In automatic mode using the IVR menu in the call center: (048) 705 90 90, (068) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90, (073) 750 90 90;

Let us recall, DTEK Odesa Grids recommends that customers take meter readings every month and report them to the Distribution System Operator within three days of the month following the reporting one.
