DTEK Dnipro Grids is responsible for the condition of distribution grids in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This is the company that repairs, performs maintenance, upgrades and builds overhead lines, cable lines and energy equipment (substations, distribution points, etc.) that transports electricity from Ukrenergo’s backbone networks to homes of residents of the region. 

Indoor networks in the multi-appartement buildings are on the balance sheets of condominiums, housing cooperatives or managing companies – and they are the ones responsible for its proper operation. In case of damages in these networks – the owner or the operator of the property performs repairs. DTEK Dnipro Grids is not responsible for the condition of the indoor networks and is not authorized to work on someone else’s equipment.

1) Check our website for registered outages, stabilization or emergency shutdowns at your address at the moment. 

2) If there is none, please contact your condominium, housing cooperative or managing company to check the indoor networks. 

3) If indoor networks are operating properly, condominium, housing cooperative or managing company should file a request to DTEK Dnipro Grids. We will check and repair everything.
