Leaders of the EU energy industry support DTEK Grids in the implementation of the project on building the grids of the future

DTEK Grids took part in the annual conference “Eurelectric’s* Power Summit 2024” in Athens. This event gathers leaders of the European energy sector, who share experience and discuss key changes in the field of politics, technology, finance and labor market. During the event, international partners, in particular, confirmed their readiness to assist DTEK Grids in the implementation of the “Grids of the Future” project, which provides for restoration of grids, destroyed by war, on the basis of Smart Grid technologies.

This year, members of the Power Summit 2024 conference focused on challenges that EU energy industry faces and on opportunities to save energy resources. As part of the event, DTEK Grids presented how implementation of the “Grids of the Future” project in the capital, and in Kyiv, Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk regions will ensure fulfilment of five strategic challenges: reliability of the grids, flexibility, efficiency, possibility of Renewables integration, sustainable development. And it received support in project development from key international partners.

DTEK Grids continues communication with international partners to ensure implementation of the grids restoration project.
