Almost 1,500 customers signed electricity distribution and supply agreements via the online “single window”

DTEK Odesa Grids provides an opportunity to place a request for simultaneous signing of two agreements, required to have electricity at home, – electricity distribution and electricity supply agreements. Since September 2024, this can be done remotely in the personal user account on the company’s website. During this period of time, 1,381 customers signed the documents via the online “single window” service.

In order to provide one’s home with electricity, its owner must have an electricity distribution agreement with the Distribution System Operator DTEK Odesa Grids and a supply agreement with the supplier. Previously, signing all required documents at the same time required several visits to the offices of both companies. Now, you are able to not only sign documents with DTEK Odesa Grids, but also place a request for the supplier online on our website.

Starting the work is easy:

Go to the section “Conclude an agreement” on the DTEK Odesa Grids website.

Fill a short questionary about the type of homes and provide the required information.

Follow further prompts to upload the required documents.

Select the supplier from the drop-down menu, with whom you want to conclude an agreement.

Enter personal data.

You can track all stages of agreement conclusion in the online personal user account. Once everything is ready, you shall receive a notification on your email.

You can find out if a meter replacement in your house is scheduled this year on the DTEK Odesa Grids website. Smart meters will first be installed in the houses, where the present ones are running out of date.

Before carrying out works, we will post a corresponding notification in the building with contact data to agree on the convenient time of the visit, providing that the meter is installed in the apartment.
