Almost 3.5 mln customers of DTEK Grids DSO prefer chatbot and user account
Since November, chatbots users have an opportunity to file requests related to power outages and track its application statuses. And nearly 100,000 such requests have already been processed automatically in a meter of seconds. Additionally, Ukrainians submitted meter readings via chatbot twice more often than in 2022 – more than 5 mln times overall. Currently, over 3 million subscribers are registered in chatbots of DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators –their number increased almost 1.5 times over the year.
“We continue digital transformation, develop our remote service channels and increase number of online services. For this purpose, in 2023 we have expanded functionality of chatbot and user account. And we do not stop there – this year, we will focus on updating our websites, continue improving chatbot, and launch new online services for legal customers,” – told DTEK Grids Customer Relation Director Ruslan Volynets.
One of the household customers’ favorite online services is “Agreement Online” – specialists have processed almost 90,000 requests related to electricity distribution agreements last year. This service allows working on documents on the website of the Distribution System Operator without visiting the office.
