Almost 3,500 residents of the region have signed electricity distribution and supply agreements simultaneously and without visiting the Customer Service Center

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids provides an opportunity to place a request for simultaneous conclusion of two agreements, required to have electricity at home, – electricity distribution and electricity supply agreements. Since September 2024, this can be done remotely in the personal user account on the company’s website. During this period of time, almost 3,500 residents of the Kyiv region have already signed the documents via the online “single window” service.
In order to provide one’s home with electricity, its owner must have an electricity distribution agreement with the Distribution System Operator and a supply agreement with the supplier. Previously, signing all required documents at the same time required several visits to the offices of both companies. Now, you can not only sign documents with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids, but also place a request for the supplier online on our website.
Starting the work is easy:
- Go to the section “Conclude an agreement” on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website.
- Fill a short questionary about the type of home and provide required information about it.
- Follow our prompts to upload the required documents.
- Select the supplier from the drop-down menu, with whom you want to conclude an agreement.
- Enter personal data.
You can track all stages of the agreement conclusion in the online personal user account. Once everything is ready, you shall receive a notification on your email.
