Almost 5,000 families started saving on electricity consumption with the “Day-Night” Meter in 2024, – DTEK Dnipro Grids

Every year, more and more residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region choose the energy-efficient lifestyle. In particular, almost 5,000 families installed “Day-Night” Meter in their homes over the past year. This is 26% more than in 2023. Over the course of the year, owners of these appliances can save up to 5,000 hryvnas* on electricity consumption. It became even easier to save money – we launched online services for ordering the meter on our website.

TheDay-NightMeter accounts the volume of consumed electricity separately during the day and at night. Therefore, it makes using electrical appliances from 23:00 to 7:00 50% cheaper due to the night tariff. In order not to waste time on additional setup of the meter, DTEK Dnipro Grids offers a comprehensive serviceremoving the old meter and installing the new one, sealing it and performing parametrization. Our specialist will do all that in 10 days from the moment of payment, while agreeing time of work performance with you in advance

In 2024, we made all stages of ordering the service “Day-Night” Meter possible online: 

  • You can place a device purchase request remotely on our website in a matter of minutes. There, you can also order checking of the meter operation and of the box or circuit breaker condition, as well as sealing. 
  • Online payment for the meter. After placing a request, you will receive an active link for payment on your email or in our chatbot. 
  • Payment in installments via monobank. Owners of this banks card can split the payment for the meter into 9 months at no extra cost. The funds saved with the new device will help the user cover monthly payments. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids continues to work on new energy efficient services for the residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
