DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has updated an online personal user account for household and business customers, making it more user-friendly, informative and advanced. Residents of the Kyiv region are now able to submit electricity meter readings in a matter of minutes — online.
To get the bills for the actually consumed electricity in October, the company awaits readings from the household customers from October 30 to November 3, and from the legal entities — within the timelines, determined for their payment periods.
Household customers can use an updated user account to:
- submitmeter readings on any day of the month;
- review history of consumption and charging;
- getinformation about the installed meters;
- filerequests or inform about the problem online.
Business customers are also provided with opportunities to pay for the electricity consumed, get invoices and supporting documents (acts), as well as order commercial metering services.
