DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore power to 40,200 families last week

Despite the difficult situation in the Donetsk region and constant shelling, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to residents of 38 settlements over the course of a week, thus restoring access to electricity for 40,254 families in the Donetsk region.  

Including the weekend, when energy workers restored electricity to 8,800 families in 14 settlements, de-energized due to enemy shelling. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of the most active hostilities. Constant shelling continues to damage the energy infrastructure. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 908 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Since the beginning of the year, the crews of the energy company came under fire 14 times.
