DTEK energy workers have restored power to 2,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of a week

Over the past week (May 1 through 7), DTEK energy workers have restored power to homes of 2,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, de-energized due to shelling. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that, among other things, destroys electrical infrastructure of towns and villages. Last week, company’s specialists have restored power to 2,500 families in one of the settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that suffers from regular enemy attacks.

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to repair damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Power supply is now fully restored.

Since the beginning of a full-scale war, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to a total of 937,000* households of the region.
