Submitted incorrect readings? DTEK Dnipro Grids will tell what to do
If you submitted readings in DTEK Dnipro Grids Viber or Telegram chatbot and noticed a mistake there, you can re-enter correct readings in the chatbot at once – the system registers data, received last.
In case the readings that you submitted are less than the previous ones or if they exceed the permissible limit for your home – chatbot will ask you to provide a photo of the meter to confirm the data.
The following must be clearly visible in the photo:
- meter readings,
- serial number,
- consumption zones (for “Day-Night” Meter).
To check if the readings are already corrected, press the “Menu” button in the DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot, then – “Submit readings” and select the address. You will receive a message with the latest (i.e. updated) readings.
Please submit the correct meter readings during the last two days of the current month and the first three days of the next one – and pay for the actually consumed electricity only.
