Submitted incorrect readings? DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids will tell what to do

A new period of electricity meter readings submission to DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has started. Energy workers use this data to calculate actual volume of monthly electricity consumption, while suppliers – to issue correct bills. But what to do if you accidentally submitted incorrect readings? Do not panic and correct the mistake by August 3 by following the guideline below.

If you submitted readings and noticed a mistake in it, you can re-enter correct readings in the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids Viber or Telegram chatbot at once – the system registers data, received last.

In case the readings that you submitted are less than the previous ones or are abnormally high – chatbot will ask you to provide a photo of the meter to confirm the data.

The following must be clearly visible in the photo:

· meter readings,

· serial number,

· presence and integrity of seals,

· consumption zones (for “Day-Night” Meter).

To check if the readings are already corrected, press the “Menu” button in the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids chatbot, then – “Submit readings” and select the address. You will receive a message with the latest (i.e., updated) readings.

Please submit the correct meter readings during the last two days of the current month and the first three days of the next one – and pay for the actually consumed electricity only.
