The most important period of December is coming – time to submit meter readings. Do not get distracted from preparations for the New Year – doing it via DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot in Telegram and Viber takes less than a minute.
Please submit electricity meter readings during the last 2 days of December and before the 3-rd day of January. Then, in the first days of New Year, we will determine the volume of electricity, actually consumed by you, and the providers will bill the correct sum.
We recommend using our chatbot to submit meter readings, as it is available 24/7, and the process itself takes less than a minute. You can submit data in fast and convenient manner – and continue enjoying your vacation, knowing that electricity consumption will be billed properly.
In order to submit readings via the chatbot, please:
- enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger;
- pass verification procedure (for unregistered customers);
- select “submit meter readings” in the menu and follow menu prompts to submit information;
Besides chatbot, you can also submit readings via other DTEK Dnipro Grids self-service channels:
- web-form on the company’s website that does not require registration;
- user account on the DTEK Dnipro Grids website;
