Do not put it off until next year – submit readings via DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids chatbot

Please submit electricity meter readings during the last 2 days of December and before the 3-rd day of January. Then, in the first days of New Year, we will determine the volume of electricity, actually consumed by you, and the providers will bill the correct sum. 

We recommend using our chatbot to submit meter readings, as it is available 24/7, and the process itself takes less than a minute. You can submit data in fast and convenient manner – and continue enjoying your vacation, knowing that electricity consumption will be billed properly. 

In order to submit readings via the chatbot, please: 

• enter “DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger;
• pass verification procedure (for unregistered customers);
• select “submit meter readings” in the menu and follow menu prompts to submit information;

Besides chatbot, you can also submit readings via other DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids self-service channels: 

• web-form on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website that does not require registration;  
• user account on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
