Failed to find your address in the schedule of power shutdowns? DTEK Kyiv Grids explains what to do

Thermal power generation20 November 2025
During application of stabilization power shutdowns, we are doing everything to provide Kyivans with transparent and clear information about the schedules of power shutdowns. However, sometimes an address may be missing in the schedule. DTEK Kyiv Grids explains why it happens and what to do in this case.

The most common reason is inaccurate data entry in the search engine or technical updates in the addresses database. For example, the system may not recognize the address, if it is provided with a mistake in it, in shortened form or lacks the building number.

If you do not see your address on the website, we recommend doing the following:

  • Check the accuracy of address spelling in the search bar.
  • Make sure that your street has not been renamed.
  • If the address is spelled correctly but it is still not displayed in the schedule, please fill in the feedback form in the “No electricity?” section. The form is located under the weekly schedule of power shutdowns.

After receiving the request, DTEK Kyiv Grids specialists check the information and update the data in the system.

Please note that schedules of power shutdowns are formed in accordance with the NPC “Ukrenergo” commands and based on the current situation in the energy system and technical capacities of the grids. DTEK Kyiv Grids follows the approved schedules and promptly updates information on official resources.

We continue to work on providing Kyivans with reliable information on time and with an opportunity to plan their day. We thank all our customers for understanding and supporting the stability of the Ukrainian energy system.
