Specialists of the energy company are working almost every day to repair grids in this community that is being de-energized day after day due to proximity of the buffer zone and massive shelling. The situation is similar in the Bakhmut community, where energy workers managed to restore electricity to 9,300 households. Besides, yesterday DTEK Donetsk Grids employees managed to repair equipment in Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk, Selydove and Velyka Novosilka communities.

Hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. Constant shelling destroys the grids and causes shutdown of energy enterprises. 342 settlements in the Donetsk region remain without electricity. The most difficult directions are Sloviansk, Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut. Energy workers have to wait for a permit from the Armed Forces of Ukraine to commence repairs.
