The period of meter readings submission is always the same: from the last 2 days of the current month to the 3rd day of the next one. But you do not have to keep these dates in mind – signing up to the DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot is enough, and we will remind you that it is time to submit readings.
Do not keep too much in your head: DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot will remind you when it is time to submit readings

Company’s chatbot allows you to submit meter readings in a few clicks without contacting our specialists. Your data will be automatically forwarded to us – and we will use it to calculate your actual monthly electricity consumption. Then, we will forward these calculations to the suppliers for them to generate a bill.

It is important to submit readings exactly during the last 2 days of the current month and before the 3rd day of the next one. This way, you will be able to avoid discrepancies in billings and receive bills only for what was actually consumed. We send a reminder to all users of the DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot during the time of readings submission, so they do not miss these dates.

If you also want to submit readings online in a fast and convenient manner, please sign up to our chatbot:

  • enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber and Telegram messenger;
  • share your telephone number (for unregistered customers);
  • select “Submit Meter Readings” in the menu and follow chatbot prompts to submit information;

If you wish, you can use other convenient services:

  • web form on the DTEK Dnipro Grids website, available without registration;
