Shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region: DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to more than 5,000 homes over the course of the day

On May 27, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to more than 5,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity after recent enemy strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer daily shelling that causes new power outages in towns and villages of the region. Despite the threats, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to the residents as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 5,442 families in two districts of the region that were once again attacked by the enemy.

As of the morning, nearly 1,300 homes remain without power supply. Energy workers are working to energize them as soon as possible.
