DTEK Grids DSO paid over two billion hryvnias of taxes in the first half of 2025

Despite the war, risks and daily challenges, DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators not only ensure stable power supply for the residents of the capital, Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions, but also fulfil their obligations to the state. Over the six months of 2025, DSO paid 2.1 bln hryvnias of taxes.

This amount included UAH 1.7 bln that was transferred to the state budget and another UAH 392 mln — to the budgets of local communities. These funds help support Ukrainian economy and community: fund medical and educational fields, repair destroyed infrastructure, maintain defense capacity of the country.

“Paying taxes is another important contribution to maintaining lives of communities and safety of our country. During the six months of 2025, DTEK Grids DSO have already paid more than two billion hryvnias. Besides, we continue to invest in upgrades of the grids – during the first half of the year, we have already invested more than 2.6 billion hryvnias in the infrastructure repairs and modernization. We are working to provide electricity to every home,” — underscored DTEK Grids CEO Alina Bondarenko.

Let us remind that during the six months of 2025, energy workers of the DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators repaired 1,441 power facilities, damaged due to hostilities.
