DTEK Grids DSO increased the amount of paid taxes by 19% to 2.5 bln hryvnias in the first half of the year

Despite the fifth year of a full-scale war, DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators continue to fulfil all their obligations, pay taxes in particular. Over the first half of 2026, DSO transferred a total of 2.5 bln hryvnias to state and local budgets of the capital and Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions, which is 19% more than during the similar period of 2025.
DTEK Grids DSO transferred 2 bln hryvnias to the state budget and another UAH 494 mln — to the budgets of local communities. These funds are further used to fund medical and educational establishments, repair destroyed buildings and infrastructure, maintain defense capacity of the country.
“2.5 billion hryvnias of taxes is a result of DTEK Grids DSO stable operation and responsible attitude towards their obligations. Despite war-related challenges, we continue to maintain reliable and stable power supply, and support sustainability of Ukrainian economy and people,” — commented DTEK Grids CEO Alina Bondarenko.
