The last Friday of November is a start of meter readings submission to DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids

In order not to overpay for electricity, you should timely submit electricity meter readings to DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids. The correct period for this starts on November 29 and will last until December 3 inclusively. Then, we will determine the volume of electricity really consumed by you, while the suppliers will use it to charge the correct amount to be paid.

It is especially important to submit readings when energy workers are forced to apply power shutdowns due to enemy attacks. As, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids takes into account only meter data, submitted from November 29 to December 3 when calculating the volume of electricity consumed by you in November. We rely on your device’s readings exclusively.

If you do not submit the readings by December 3, then, in accordance with the law, the volume will be calculated based on the average daily consumption of the similar period last year – November 2023. 

In order to avoid discrepancies in calculations and receive bills for the really consumed electricity only, please do not forget to submit the readings in time.
