After submitting readings yourself – help your parents: with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids chatbot

From today, October 30, and until November 3 inclusively lasts the period when every family should submit meter readings. It will help us determine the actual volume of electricity consumed during the month, and it will help suppliers form bills. In order to help your relatives submit the readings, please use DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids Telegram or Viber chatbot.
Our chatbot allows linking several addresses at the same time. Thus, you can submit not only your meter’s readings, but also readings of your parents and grandparents. As, using smartphone may be difficult for them and not all of them have stationary phones to, for example, call the call center.
In order to submit readings in the chatbot for more than one address, please:
- press “Start”;
- share your telephone number for authorization in the system;
- enter your user account;
- select “submit readings” in the menu;
- press “add new” button and enter user account for your relatives’ address;
- follow further instructions.
Chatbot will memorize all entered addresses, and next time you will only have to select the one you need from the list.
In addition, you can also submit readings from different addresses using the web form on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website, which works without authorization.
