Switch to daylight saving time with actual volumes of electricity consumption – DTEK Dnipro Grids

When setting the clocks to daylight switching time, do not forget to submit meter readings to DTEK Dnipro Grids as well. This data will help us determine the volume of electricity actually consumed by you during the current month, and suppliers – use it to charge the correct amount payable. 

The period of readings submission lasts from the second last day of the current month and until the third day of the next one. If you provide data to us on the 4th day or later, then, in accordance with the legislation, we will have to calculate this volume using the average daily consumption of the similar period last year. 

The easiest and fastest way to submit readings is via our chatbot: 

• enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of the Viber or Telegram messenger; 

• undergo the verification procedure (for unauthorized customers); 

• select “Submit Meter Readings” in the menu and follow the chatbot prompts to send information.
