DTEK Dnipro Grids launched an online service for activation of the electric heating tariff. It allows saving up to 40% of the cost of consumed electricity, which is being spent to heat the premise. The tariff is active until April 30, 2026.
Prepare for winter – activate electric heating tariff online at DTEK Dnipro Grids

Owners of private houses and appartements in multistoried buildings can connect the electric heating tariff providing they do not have any other type of heating*. In addition, one can consume up to 2,000 kWh during the calendar month at a discounted price** – everything above this limit is paid in accordance with standard electricity tariff.

Applying for tariff connection is now possible online, without visiting the service center. To do that:

  • Prepare documentation package. Power supply design is particularly required. You can register it yourself by getting the Terms of Reference from your Distribution System Operator. Or you can order the design directly from DTEK Dnipro Grids – in this case select the corresponding item when filling the application. Preparation time: up to 10 calendar days.
  • Fill in and submit the application on DTEK Dnipro Grids website;
  • Pay the invoice for inspection of your electric heating installation (electric boiler, heater, underfloor heating, etc.) in case of missing mark in the technical passport. Inspection time: up to 7 working days.
  • Get updated documents. Distribution Point Passport will appear in your online personal user account and will be forwarded to your supplier. Preparation time: up to 3 working days.

You can start using the reduced tariff from the first day of the following month. I.e., if documents were registered on November 15, the updates will be incorporated on December 1.

* According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1,331 dated October 22, 2025, to the Regulation on the Imposition of Public Service Obligations on Electricity Market Participants to Ensure General Public Interests in the Functioning of the Electricity Market

** at the level of 2.64 UAH/kWh providing the consumption of up to 2,000 kWh per month
