Specialists of the “Veterans HUB ODESA”, in partnership with DTEK Odesa Grids, will be able to provide free psychological support and legal consultations to DSO veterans and their families.

“After returning from the service, it is important for the veterans to psychologically adapt to civil life. For this purpose, we arrange group field retreats. Veterans can do adaptive sports, receive consultation from the psychologist or undergo a rehabilitation massage at our hub. We are sure that such activities are necessary for our defenders after the service,” – commented Mykola Storozhuk, deputy head of NGO “Veterans HUB ODESA”.

DTEK Odesa Grids, being a veteran-oriented business, is already implementing its own support program “ProVeteran”. HR specialists, psychologists, lawyers, medics and social support specialists help colleagues, who returned from the army. Support covers all stages – from mobilization to return to work. It includes psychological assistance for the military and veterans, and their families, medical follow-up of the wounded, enhanced medical insurance after demobilization, as well as assistance in adaptation with participation of mentors and with an opportunity to change specialization or profession.

Dmytro Hryhoriev, CEO at DTEK Odesa Grids, noted that the company systematically supports colleagues-veterans. “We clearly understand the importance of this work. Today, 33 of our colleagues-veterans have already returned to civil life and work in the company. At the same time, 136 employees of DTEK Odesa Grids are currently serving in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and we are ready for their return,” – he noted.

DTEK Odesa Grids continues to expand the veteran area of activity in the company by creating all required conditions for veterans’ return to work.
