DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to more than 11,000 families over the course of the day

On April 5, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to restore electricity to 3 settlements in the frontline Donetsk region, thus restoring power to 11,685 families. 

Combat encounters are ongoing in the Donetsk region. According to the Donetsk RMA, the enemy shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 15 times yesterday. 

Constant enemy shelling continues to destroy the energy system. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 773 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
