DTEK Dnipro Grids paid over 300 mln hryvnias of taxes in 2025

DTEK Dnipro Grids continues to provide residents of the region with electricity, help the society and state, as well as fully and timely pays taxes to central and local budgets. In the first quarter of 2025, the company has already transferred 316 million hryvnias of taxes, and throughout 2024 – over 1.5 billion hryvnias. These funds play an important role in meeting financial needs of the region and the country, especially during the full-scale war.
DTEK Dnipro Grids paid over 300 mln hryvnias of taxes in 2025

From January to March 2025, DTEK Dnipro Grids transferred 82 million hryvnias to the municipal budgets of Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol, Kamianske and other communities of the region, and 234 million hryvnias – to the central one. These funds allow to finance reconstruction of schools, hospitals, critical infrastructure facilities, recovery of housing, construction of shelters, aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and displaced people, among other things. 

For us, every hryvnia of taxes is not just a number. It is our contribution to safety of our communities, future of children, support of those defending the country today. Last year, we transferred over 1.5 billion hryvnias to local and state budgets. Despite the war and daily attacks, we do not stop: we provide families with electricity, strengthen the energy system of the region, invest in its modernization. This year alone, we plan to invest 1.34 billion hryvnias in the upgrade of grids in the Dnipropetrovsk region in order to improve quality and reliability of power supply for the residents,noted Andrii Tereshchuk, CEO at DTEK Dnipro Grids. 

As previously reported, over the past year DTEK Dnipro Grids repaired and reconstructed 1,184 power facilities and upgraded over 1,300 km of power lines in the Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2025, the company plans to almost triple these scopes.
