DTEK Grids DSO continue to support AFU members and veterans via the “Light of Gratitude” service that provides an opportunity to purchase and install a two-zone “Day-Night” meter on special terms*.

A two-zone meter allows to pay for electricity, used during nighttime, at a lower tariff, thus, helping families of defenders manage electricity consumption more efficiently and save money. Average savings on electricity costs can reach up to 25% per annum, depending on the volumes of night consumption.

The service is available to active military personnel, veterans, and members of their families. It is called to support the defenders not only during their service, but also in the matters of daily life and family budget.

Active military serviceman Anatolii, who made use of the service, praised the initiative and noted that his request was promptly fulfilled, and his family soon began saving on electricity payments.

“The service for veterans and members of the AFU is a display of respect towards people, defending our country. It is nice when gratitude to the military is demonstrated through tangible actions,” — added Anatolii.

DTEK Grids note that they strive to make support of the AFU members and veterans not just symbolic but also useful in the everyday life.

“We are grateful to our defenders, and we strive to support them. Therefore, we develop services that help families of AFU members and veterans receive beneficial services in a fast and convenient manner and with additional savings,” — noted Alina Bondarenko, CEO at DTEK Grids.

DTEK Grids Distribution Systems Operators will further develop services for defenders and veterans to support them in solving everyday household matters and contribute to improving energy efficiency of the households.

You can place a request for the purchase of meter under the “Light of Gratitude” loyalty program online via websites of your DSO in the city of Kyiv, as well as in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions.

* Special price for the service is available until 31.12.2026
