DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to 29,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region after night shelling

On December 13, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to 24 settlements, shelled from the occupied territories, thus restoring electricity to homes of 29,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite shelling and difficult situation with hostilities, specialists continue to repair grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Last night, the enemy has once again shelled south of the Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging grids and leaving tens of thousands of residents of the region without electricity. Despite constant threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews continue to repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy. The work is carried out immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.

By the morning of December 14, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 29,000 families in 24 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, de-energized due to shelling. About 200 families remain without power supply. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible.
