Purchasing the meter, ordering its verification or setup is now possible in the online user account of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids launched a new online service – ordering meter maintenance services. Ordering any service takes up to two minutes, while its implementation status can be checked in the personal user account on the website.
Our customers can now order verification of meter or circuit breaker operability, sealing, connection or disconnection of power supply, as well as purchase a comprehensive service for “Day-Night” Meter installation remotely on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website.
With the new service we provide the following:
- Time saving: place a request on the website in a matter of minutes instead of visiting our offices or calling the contact center.
- Clear guideline: answering a few questions in the online questionary is enough to form a request.
- 24/7 check of implementation status: you will be able to see the stage of your request’s implementation.
To order the required service, please go to the “Meter Services” section on the website home page, enter your personal account number and go through a short survey to determine your exact need of the service.
