DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 8,500 families

On March 13, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to completely or partially restore power to 13 settlements, thus restoring electricity to 8,580 families. 

Hostilities are ongoing in the Donetsk region. Shelling, missile and air strikes continue. Constant shelling continues to damage the energy system. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 750 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
