DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 2,400 families over the course of the day
Over the course of the day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have restored electricity to one settlement, thus restoring electricity to 2,421 families in the frontline region.
The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. Shelling, missile and air attacks continue. In particular, Kramatorsk suffered yet another missile attack last night, Vuhledar and Avdiivka – during the day.
Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 104 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 443 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible.
