What should you do in case of a power outage: DTEK Dnipro Grids explains
If there is a power outage at our customers’ address, we primarily advise them to find the cause.
- Checkinformation about power shutdowns
First, check if there is any information about emergency, stabilization or urgent shutdowns at your address. This can be done:
- in the “No electricity?” section on the website of your Distribution System Operator (DSO)
- Contactyour house manager
If there is no information about power shutdowns, please contact your housing cooperative, managing company or condominium association. They are the ones responsible for operability of the grids inside the building and can check if there are any accidents or malfunctions on the in-house grids.
- Themanager will inform the Distribution System Operator
If the in-house networks are ok, housing cooperative, managing company or condominium association must contact the DSO using the power outage request. After that, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers will check the equipment that supplies electricity to your house and eliminate an emergency, if required.
DTEK Dnipro Grids continues to work on providing electricity to the residents of the region.
