In case of a power outage in your home, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists advise to follow several simple steps to find the cause and solve the issue.

If there is a power outage at our customers’ addresswe primarily advise them to find the cause. 

  1. Checkinformation about power shutdowns 

Firstcheck if there is any information about emergencystabilization or urgent shutdowns at your addressThis can be done: 

  • in the “No electricity? section on the website of your Distribution System Operator (DSO 
  1. Contactyour house manager 

If there is no information about power shutdownsplease contact your housing cooperativemanaging company or condominium associationThey are the ones responsible for operability of the grids inside the building and can check if there are any accidents or malfunctions on the in-house grids. 

  1. Themanager will inform the Distribution System Operator 

If the in-house networks are okhousing cooperativemanaging company or condominium association must contact the DSO using the power outage request. After that, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers will check the equipment that supplies electricity to your house and eliminate an emergency, if required. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids continues to work on providing electricity to the residents of the region.
