It took specialists just 2 hours to restore electricity to customers via a backup power circuit, once they obtained a permit for work performance. Our goal is to do whatever is necessary to support residents of the region in these difficult conditions of war in the county.

On October 18, rf’s shelling has damaged a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Kyiv, causing shutdown of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids power equipment that powers Brovary and Vyshhorod districts of the Kyiv region, thus leaving 2,108 families in these districts without electricity.

Distribution System Operator is doing whatever is necessary to provide electricity to residents of the region after an enemy attack on critical electricity supply facilities.

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids specialists managed to restore electricity to all residents of the region via backup power circuits in just 2 hours.

2 crews of specialists and 2 pieces of machinery were engaged in restoration activities.

Due to the increased load, the company asks customers to consume electricity reasonably and not to overload the grids – switch on energy-consuming devices in turn.
