Became a homeowner? Sign an electricity distribution agreement with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids online

Thermal power generation09 August 2024
Electricity distribution agreement is a main document, used as a basis for DTEK Kyiv Regional Girds to provide electricity to its customers and access to all services. Thus, if you became a homeowner – you should sign an agreement. It can now be done quickly and in a convenient manner – online on our website, while not wasting time visiting the service center.

Purchasing or inheriting an estate property requires new owners to sign agreements for receiving public services. Including the one with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

In particular, in accordance with the legislation, when you purchase a home, you must sign a distribution agreement with the Distribution System Operator to be connected to electricity. However, if you purchased an apartment or a house at the secondary market or inherited it, you already have such an agreement from the previous owner. In this case, in order to avoid misunderstandings during receipt of services from DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids, you should re-sign this document with your own name.

For customers convenience, we offer an Agreement online service, which makes it possible to solve all issues remotely – filling an application and submitting documents takes up to 8 minutes. Therefore, if you are presently out of town or even a county, you do not have to involve an intermediate party to sign an agreement.

Getting started with the service is easy:

  • Select “Private person” in the questionary – and we will provide further prompts regarding which documents should be uploaded.

Once the agreement is ready, we will send it to you for signing with your e-signature.
