Electricity restored to homes of 1,800 families: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairs of the grids

Despite the fighting ongoing in the Donetsk region, yesterday DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to restore electricity to residents of 3 settlements, de-energized due to constant shelling of the region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 1,831 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the Donetsk region 12 times yesterday. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 974 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
