Electricity restored to homes of 6,400 families: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairs of the grids

Despite the difficult security situation, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 11 settlements yesterday, thus restoring electricity to 6,400 families. Specialists of the energy company commence repairs immediately once the shelling subsides and the military provide permission for work performance.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to completely or partially restore electricity to residents of 11 settlements, de-energized due to constant shelling of the region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 6,473 families. 

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult, constant shelling, missile, drone and air strikes continue. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and are working non-stop for 967 days in a row. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
