Despite constant danger, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to conduct a number of grids repairs after shelling and restore electricity to 5 settlements, thus restoring power supply to 2,700 homes. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the region once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for work performance.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 5 settlements in the frontline Donetsk region, de-energized due to constant enemy shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,713 families.

Shelling of the Donetsk region is ongoing and continues to destroy grids and equipment. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,070 days and restoring equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
