DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids designed a renovated service center in the open space style, making the premise more spacious and brighter. A kids’ space was arranged for visitors with children, where little ones can draw or engage in educational games, while their parents solve their issues. Thus, if solving your issue requires counseling with DTEK Dnipro Grids specialist, physical exchange of documents for instance, please visit the renovated Customer Service Center in Bila Tserkva. The reception is conducted by three specialists simultaneously. CSC administrator distributes the flow of visitors, provides counselling to the customers and tells about the advantages of online services.

“We understand and consider the needs of all customers, no matter what issues they come to address. Although most of the requests can now be solved online, we also care about comfort of Ukrainians, who have a need to visit our specialists in person. For that, we gradually renew our service centers. Just like other CSC of the company, the center in Bila Tserkva is multifunctional and works in accordance with the “single point of contact” principle — regardless of the customers’ place of registration. Therefore, both residents of the city and residents of neighboring settlements can contact it for counseling,” — underscored Vitalii Shaida, CEO at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

For customers’ convenience and to avoid queues or crowding of visitors, the service center functions by appointment. You can register via the company’s website: select the closest service center, a convenient time – and visit us.

A renovated Customer Service Cetner is located at the address 1 Henerala Vorobiova street, Bila Tserkva and works Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (without break).

Along with that, we remind that the company is developing various online services to provide our customers with an opportunity to get required assistance and counselling remotely. The company’s online service channels are available 24/7 for all matters related to electricity distribution: Viber and Telegram chatbot, company’s website and official Facebook page.
