DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to more than 29,000 homes yesterday

On May 31, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to more than 29,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity after recent enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 29,479 families in two districts of the region that were once again attacked by the enemy. 

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer daily shelling that causes new power outages of towns and villages. Despite the threats, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to the residents as soon as possible. They commence works immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service. 

More than 1,600 homes still remain without power supply in the region. Restoration activities are ongoing.
