In September, energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids restored power supply to more than 60,000 families after enemy attacks
The Odesa region suffered new enemy attacks in September. Over the past month, energy workers restored electricity to 60,410 families in 217 settlements of the Odesa region. DTEK energy workers commence emergency and restoration activities immediately after obtaining permission from the military and the emergency service.
“Since the beginning of this year alone, we have restored operation of 17 transformer substations and distribution points and over 300 kilometers of power lines, damaged due to hostilities. Our task is to do everything possible to provide Ukrainians with electricity, despite the enemy attacks.,” – noted Dmytro Hryhoriev, CEO at DTEK Odesa Grids.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, energy workers of DTEK Odesa Grids restored power to a total of more than 2 million customers*, de-energized due to enemy attacks.
