Attacks on the power facilities: over the course of the day, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 85 settlements in the region
On March 19, a series of enemy attacks on power facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region left 85 settlements in the region completely or partially without electricity. No employees of power facilities were harmed.
Once the security situation allowed, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews began restoring power supply in the affected districts. By the morning, electricity was restored to 98,527 residents’ homes that were de-energized.
Over 37,000 homes in the region currently remain without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. Energy workers begin repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and the SES.
Restoration activities in the frontline zone are complicated by the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers are working to restore power supply to every home as soon as possible.
