Services without barriers: there is a special service for people with hearing impairments on the DTEK Odesa Grids website
DTEK Odesa Grids adapts online services to the needs of the wide range of customers. Thus, people with hearing impairments can communicate live with a specialist of the company. They can ask questions, the solution of which requires an individual approach, and receive information about the company services.

Therefore, we adapt our services so that they are convenient for all customers. This is in line with Sustainable Development Goal #16 Peace and Justice. We have made sure that our services are convenient for customers with hearing impairments. Using a special form on the website, people can receive an online video consultation in sign language,” says Andriy Tereschiuk, General Director for DTEK Odesa Grids.
