Power supply is being restored in the Dnipropetrovsk region after stabilization power cutoffs, introduced by NPC Ukrenergo

Due to the damage, caused by rf’s shelling of energy infrastructure facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region this morning, power company NPC Ukrenergo has introduced stabilization power cutoffs to reduce imbalance in the energy system and to avoid large-scale power outages. As of 10:00, NPC specialists managed to stabilize the energy system. In 1 hour, we will restore power to all customers.

As of 8:40 October 17, power supply has been limited in one district of Dnipro (residential area “Parus”), in Kryvyi Rih, part of Kamianske, Pavlohrad, Synelnykove, Nikopol, some settlements of former Tsarychanka, Verkhnodniprovsk, Petropavlovsk, Synelnykove, Mezhova, Shyroke, Nikopol, Sofiivka, Piatykhatky and Apostolove districts.

As of 10.00, NPC specialists managed to stabilize the energy system. In 1 hour, DTEK Dnipro Grids will restore power to all customers.

Thank you for reducing electricity consumption. Please, continue consuming electricity reasonably – switch on energy-consuming devices by turns during peak load hours in the morning from 8.00 to 11.00 and in the evening from 18.00 to 23.00. At this time, we ask business customers to limit usage of exterior lighting of facades of offices, restaurants, malls, etc.
