DTEK Donetsk Grids CSC is reopen by prior appointment in Mariupol

To schedule your visit online, you need to take a few simple steps:
- Go to a special section on the DTEK Donetsk Grids website;
- Choose your Customer Service Center and click ‘Sign Up’;
- Fill out a short questionnaire, indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, your phone number and email;
- Choose the type of services, convenient date, and time of visiting the center;
At the appointed time, an administrator will meet a customer in the center and assist in choosing a topic in the electronic queue terminal. Then, by the number on the ticket, you will be invited to see a specialist.
At the same time, during the quarantine period, the company encourages their customers to make the most of the DTEK Donetsk Grids remote services, the list of which is constantly expanding.
