Restorations after the attacks: DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 18,700 families

On November 26 and 27, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews carried out restoration activities in 48 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the girds upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for the normal life of the region’s residents.

Power facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region continue to suffer from daily enemy attacks. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews promptly repair lines and equipment damaged by the enemy and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission from the SES and the AFU.  

Over the past two days, energy workers managed to restore operation of the grids for 18,735 families in 48 settlements of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to hostilities. 

Almost 16,000 homes remain without electricity. Work in the frontline districts is complicated due to constant threat of repeated attacks and limited access to the sites of damage. Nevertheless, energy workers of DTEK Dnipro Grids continue to work non-stop and are doing everything possible to restore power supply to the residents of the region as soon as possible.
