Restorations after the shelling: DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 2,900 homes over the course of the day

On October 8, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 11 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, affected by shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,900 families in the region. Despite constant danger, specialists are working tirelessly to repair the girds – upon approval of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide every town and village with electricity, required for the full-fledged life.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists continue restoring electricity after enemy strikes.  

Yesterday, energy workers managed to restore power to homes of 2,924 families in 11 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were completely or partially de-energized. 

Another 9,500 homes remain without electricity.  

Restoration activities in the frontline zone are complicated due to the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power supply to every home as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
