Repairs after shelling: DTEK energy workers restored electricity to 3,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the day

On February 22, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to almost 3,000 families, whose homes were de-energized due to latest enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy attacks that destroy power facilities and leave residents without electricity. Every day, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. 

After yesterday’s shelling, energy workers restored electricity to 2,920 homes, de-energized by the enemy.  

Emergency crews commenced repairs immediately after obtaining access from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. As of the morning, 6,900 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region remain without electricity. Our specialists are working to energize them as soon as possible.
